Word Of Power Arcwind Point Glitch. I have a character that just can't ask arngeir. I'm in the process of finding all the words of power, and got assigned to the arcwind point shout.

So after receiving quest to find word of power in arcwind point it glitched and even though i learned word it didn't remove as a side quest.
